 Обновилась утилита Throttle для настройки параметров модемов на максимальное быстродействие, что в результате может привести к увеличению скорости скачивания файлов. В отличие от других программ подобного рода Throttle имеет очень простой интерфейс и небольшой размер дистрибутива. Кроме того, программа работает со всеми типами модемов подо всеми операционными системами семейства Windows.
